• Bookings and credits: activity history.
• Preferred language and timezone.

• Stripe (payments, USA with standard contractual clauses).
• Google Calendar (calendar sync, USA).
• Resend (transactional email, USA).
• Cloudflare R2 (storage, USA).

4. Legal basis

Contract performance + legitimate interest (no advertising tracking).

5. GDPR rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. To exercise them: hola@spanishwithima.com. The "Delete my account" action at /perfil anonymises your data (preserving accounting integrity).
