2. Covered services
Online 1-on-1 Spanish lessons taught by Ima.
3. Billing model
One-off packs and recurring monthly subscriptions. Details at /precios.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancellation ≥24h in advance: credit refunded to the original batch (FIFO).
- Rescheduling: up to 2 times per booking, ≥24h in advance.
- No-show or cancellation <24h: the credit is lost (admin exception only).
5. Credit expiry
Purchased credits expire 60 days from the purchase date (FIFO).
6. Tax exemption
Operations exempt from IGIC/VAT under article 20.One.9 of Spanish Law 37/1992 (educational services).
